Relationship to #47

This is a separate interaction model from #47. That PR embeds a matrix/slider in the official menu; Model Deck opens an independent panel when the official model button is hovered, preserves the official click menu, and adds Fast switching plus global presets with preview, ordering, rename, and delete.

Model Deck derives capabilities from the correlated official model/list response and applies configuration through official menus with read-back confirmation. It does not read or write React private state.

• npm run check in 0xTotoroX/model-deck: 77/77 tests passed
• node --check scripts/model-deck.js
• validated the index schema, required fields, ISO timestamp, and unique script IDs with jq
• verified the market script is byte-identical to 0xTotoroX/model-deck
